affect the appearance of homes and property within our community.

and everyone has done an excellent job maintaining our properties.
The appearance of our properties has a direct bearing on property values.

A Color Book of approved color combinations for the repainting of homes must be used when selecting colors.
The Management Company has the Color Books - contact them to check out (borrow) a copy
Owners are reminded that repainting of homes requires ACC approval.
Color combinations used must conform to those in the approved Color Book unless the Board approves a variance.
Inland Homes originally used Duron brand paint - this brand was taken over by Sherwin-Williams
and the Color Book has been updated to use current Sherwin-Williams paints.
The Board has received excellent service from our local
Sherwin-Williams Paint store at 7221 US Highway 301, Riverview Florida
