Exterior Paint Color Book Information - Updated: 01/10/2023

This page will assist homeowners in picking approved color combinations for painting and re-painting houses.
ACC approval is always required before changing color combinations.
ACC approval is not required if the house will be repainted without changing colors.
The Board will entertain requests for approval of new color combinations - approval is NOT guaranteed.

House (Re)Painting

> 2 Color Books of approved color combinations and paint chips are available.
> Color Books are held by the Management Company - contact them to arrange for pickup or drop-off of the Color Books.
> Repainting of homes requires ACC approval if the colors will be changed.
> Color combinations are limited to ONLY those in the Color Book unless a request for a variance is submitted to and approved by Board.
