Sidewalk Repair Inventory

Sidewalks in the community are public sidewalks
maintained by Hillsborough County.

For more than 4 years the HOA, working through the
Management Company, has been asking the County to repair
the sidewalks. The County has promised to handle the
repairs once they have the budget $.

In April, 2025 the county marked the sidewalk areas that
need replacement or repair. However budget constraints
still exist and it is not known when the County will be
able to perform the repairs.

As the sidewalk markings may disappear before the
County finds the budget $ to do the repairs, the HOA
has created an inventory of the marked repair areas.
