No Soliciting Statutes - updated 6/2/2021

Aberdeen Creek has a "No Soliciting" policy within the community.
A "No Soliciting" sign is posted at the community entrance.

In most circumstances an individual soliciting in the community for Consumer Goods
or Services must have and display a permit.

There are certain exceptions for minors, religious organizations, etc.

As a resident in the community you have the right to ask a solicitor who comes to your door
to show you their permit - and to advise them that if they do not have a permit they are violating
both County and State ordinances -- and you can ask them to leave the community.
