HOA Board Meeting - Emergency

Called to order 7:05 PM by Marci Martin, President
4 Board members in attendance – Denise Briggs, Cliff Reiss,
John Cirello
II. Board agreed to continue to pursue legal changes to CC&R recommended by attorney S. Mezer and to address how ACC approvals to date should be handled.
III Board agreed to pursue recommendations and bids on correcting problems with the irrigation system.
IV Meeting adjourned at 8:15 PM
