8938 sold at auction. Lawyer has provided letter to title company detailing total due for violations, dues, late charges, interest, legal fees

8810 – will be asking for total due for outstanding violations

Violations – no response to violation notice sent to #222.

Recommend consulting with legal council on possible next steps

Cliff to follow-up with Davidson Irrigation for details behind quote

Joe to check rating of Davidson and identify additional vendors

SWFWMD Letter to HOA’s on Lawn Watering

ACHOA has not received a letter

Newspaper articles quote SWFWMD suggesting "relaxing rules"

Next community newsletter: include a reminder to owners of their continuing responsibility to maintain their lawns while abiding by watering restrictions. Point out that it is much less expensive to water than to replace the lawn.

Other New Business

New owner at 8920 has advised they will be installing a fence

Board to (again) discuss options to complete subdivision fence – 8922 is the remaining large "gap"

Bank Account – signature card to be updated to now include Cliff, Marci, and Denise

Post Office Keys will continue to be held by Cliff and Marci
